Verlon Miller is a Business Advisor and manager for the business advising team at Gehman Accounting. He has over 20 years of experience in retail sales and customer service and enjoys assisting clients in better understanding what the numbers are telling them about their company. Verlon’s goal is to assist them in achieving greater profitability with less stress as they manage their business. He believes that well-managed companies offer greater satisfaction to both owners and employees. This creates greater freedom for business owners to pursue other important interests and goals in life. One of Verlon’s passions is to promote good stewardship of the resources entrusted to us in this earthly life.
When Verlon isn’t working for Gehman, you will likely find him enjoying his family, filling church responsibilities, or relaxing with one of his various hobbies. His hobbies include reading, biking, hiking, travel, choral music, working around their small acreage with his 1953 Super C Farmall, and occasionally building things. The zip line platform that turned into a three-story playhouse/tower was one building project that grew beyond his original intention. He and his wife have five children and one grandchild and count it a joy to have raised them in the beauty of the southern Appalachians. “Being a grandpa is NOT over-rated!”
He is a certified Ministry Insights Personality Profiles facilitator and is pursuing a Business Advisor Certification from Kent State University.
