Bethany Bauman works on the bookkeeping team at Gehman Accounting. She focuses on accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciling. Her work and client interaction are laced with integrity, respect, and trust.
Prior to Gehman Accounting, Bethany taught elementary school, babysat, worked on a tomato harvesting crew, and worked in lawn care. After marrying her husband, Bethany assisted him in various business ventures where she did the bookkeeping and built outdoor furniture.
Bethany is a mom of five energetic children, ages 11 to 15, and her days are filled with equipping them for what life brings and caring for their hearts. In her leisure time, Bethany enjoys spending time with friends, visiting coffee shops (even though she dislikes coffee), going for walks, and working in her yard and flower gardens.
An avid traveler, Bethany and her family of seven, lived in an RV for five and a half years. They traveled throughout the United States and spent most of their winters in Florida and Texas. As they traveled and explored, Bethany homeschooled/road-schooled their children. One of their favorite destinations was Big Bend National Park in southern Texas, where they crossed the Rio Grande River into Mexico. They also traveled in southeast Asia for three months, where they experienced Bali, Kuala Lumpur, and Chang Mai. Bethany maintains that the world is meant to be explored, is full of delicious food to enjoy, and interesting people to meet. She has found that moving outside your normal routine and comfort zone changes a person for the better.
