In 2012, Sam joined a roofing crew and, after two years, transitioned to assisting his dad in construction. They gave their business the name, Jaguar Construction, where they employed about five workers. After 2020, Jaguar Construction experienced a significant growth spurt and expanded into a company of 35 employees.
Andy Dutter wanted a business where he could work together with his sons. As they considered options, their interest was sparked in building mini barns.
