With guidance from your advisor, you’ll choose a QuickBooks version that fits your needs and budget. You can purchase the software directly, or we can do that for you.

We’ll Get You Started.

After you have the software in hand, your Gehman Accounting advisor will install it and enter your beginning data. We’ll customize your chart of accounts according to your specific business needs as well as industry-recommended best practices.

Learn QuickBooks.

You’ll begin learning and applying the software. But don’t worry. Your Gehman Accounting advisor will train you and provide continued support for 4 months.

You can call anytime during those 4 months to ask questions. Each month, your advisor will check in and review your file, correct any errors, and provide training. Then, you’ll likely be ready to operate independently.

Not Ready to End Support? 

Most of our clients feel comfortable after working with us for 4 months, but, if you’re not sure about going solo, we can provide you with additional QuickBooks support.

End the Year with a Tax-Ready File.

A great benefit of setting up QuickBooks with Gehman Accounting is that we’ll review your file before tax time. At the end of the year, we’ll review and make any necessary corrections to your file so that you’ll have reliable information for your accountant.
