Gehman Accounting is a small Christian company with locations in New Holland and Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. With its foundations in tax return preparation over 40 years ago, Gehman eventually began providing other accounting services (such as outsourced payroll and bookkeeping) to complement the tax services. We continue to expand our accounting services, hiring more staff to meet the growing interest in what we provide here at Gehman.

Gehman is searching for qualified individuals to join our payroll team. 

Job Title:  Payroll Processor, Payroll Team

Location:  180 Diller Avenue, New Holland, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full Time or Part-time


Responsibilities include:

        • Manage payroll processing for client accounts
        • Manage employee documents
        • Send weekly payrolls and quarterly tax forms
        • Provide customer support

Qualifications expected:

  • Basic payroll experience is preferred but will train
  • Computer skills (typing, shortcuts, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail

  • Trustworthy, dependable, and hard-working
