Jordan Tyson is a member of the tax team at Gehman Accounting. He assists with individual and small business tax preparation, organizes and reviews tax information, follows up on missing documentation, and supports a variety of tax-related projects.
Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he served as president of the Accounting Society for two years. He is also a licensed Enrolled Agent, allowing him to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Prior to joining Gehman Accounting, Jordan worked as a server and spent a summer serving with AmeriCorps. Those experiences helped shape his appreciation for hard work, service, and building relationships with others. Jordan believes that life is shaped by the choices we make and that even the small decisions can have a lasting impact.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys being involved in his church and local community, playing recreational basketball, weightlifting, fishing, hunting, swimming, and reading. He values spending quality time with family and friends and enjoys connecting with people.
