Llewellyn Martin is a Business Advisor on the advising team at Gehman Accounting. As he advises clients, Llewellyn pulls from a wide tapestry of life experiences. He worked in residential construction with his dad, taught at a parochial school for four years, and worked in counseling at a men’s rehabilitation center. For seven years, Llewellyn worked for an electrician, where his roles included executive assistant, bookkeeper, dispatcher, IT, office manager and customer service representative. He also worked in graphic design, focusing on understanding client expectations and creating corresponding designs.
Llewellyn’s first two years at Gehman Accounting were spent on the sales team, where he enjoyed helping clients identify their business needs and matching them with corresponding services. A natural problem-solver, Llewelyn enjoys walking with business owners to identify tension points and help them find hopeful solutions.
Llewellyn is an ordained minister that believes sacrificial service to others creates a life of purpose. He delights in helping others find solutions to their business challenges. As a DIY homesteader, Llewellyn enjoys caring for his golden retriever and flock of Katahdin sheep. He lives in southeast Michigan with his wife and five children.
