Rosita Martin works on the bookkeeping team at Gehman Accounting. Prior to joining the Gehman team, Rosita worked as Operations Director at a pole building supply and construction company for over 26 years. Her knowledge of the business enabled her to ensure the business ran smoothly behind the scenes. Through her business experiences, Rosita developed a love of bookkeeping and decided to join the bookkeeping team at Gehman Accounting.
Rosita recalls her dad keeping meticulous books on their family farm. She remembers many evenings where he poured over the ledgers making sure everything was accounted for. Rosita works with accuracy and honesty, and she attributes this to her dad’s influence. Although extroversion may be rare among bookkeepers, Rosita offers a good dose of spice to the bookkeeping corner in the office.
In her leisure time, Rosita enjoys crafting items with her sewing machine. At a young age, she developed a love of sewing from her mom. Rosita enjoys making baby blankets for community projects that give to those in need. There is rarely a day off where she does not spend time at her sewing machine! Rosita lives with her husband in New Holland, works out of Gehman Accounting’s New Holland office (she loves her five-minute commute), and attends church in New Holland. She enjoys traveling with her husband and her favorite trip was their excursion to Alaska.
